February portrait mini-sessions.

I probably am not the biggest fan of English winter. It`s neither here nor there, usually. It`s a suspension of sorts, it`s limbo and it`s just ugly, sunless and hopeless. There isn`t even snow, and my embedded childhood memories refuse to call a season “winter” when there is no snow. But, occasionally, we get a day or two, when the sun actually shines vigorously through the nasty grey clouds, and it sort of feels quite glorious. On such a day last month, I got to photograph some beautiful young people (and sometimes even with their mums) in a local park during a series of relaxed mini-sessions. Below are chosen images from these encounters-now, mini sessions are usually fast – paced events that require quick thinking and action , but I come to realize I quite like these, from time to time:) I hope the kids all  got their post-session treats, as promised!:)
